Another installment in the Devil’s remix.
This time its DC recordings mighty The Oscillation taking Telepathe – Devil’s Trident in a motorik direction.
Nano of Sintevision took up the challenge of making the video, and we leave you in his capable hands for the rest of today post.
I’ve been living in madrid for not that much, just 5 years ago i moved here, but i find there is a lot of nice stuff happening around now a days, but most of all, i feel there is a colaboration actitude between people wich i think is very important!
One of my favorite bands around to see live is, or were, since they are not together any more!, Mundo Grua. Jose, Toño and Guille play like maniacs and dressed as space androids made with rubbish.
They split because Guille, the drum player went to live to Portland. Before he left he played a solo show under the name Piñata wich was the most intense thing i saw EVER. It was an art show we did at Nasti (best club in madrid! our second home!!) with 30 people going bananas in front of only ane guy, one sampler, tons of pedals and a drum set! I think Guille sent his drums by ship and he is still waiting for them to arrive to the west coast, and of this it’s been more than 4 months since he left!
Other incredible band, some of the best and more personal in madrid ever is Campamento Ñec-Ñec. They have two things in common with Mundo Grua besides being friends: they also broke up (shit!) and there is a Jose among them.
He does tons of wiked fanzines and noise tapes as Afeite al Perro, hyperactive and super nice guy. They did a beautiful 12″ with a screenprinted cover on plastic and an etched drawind on the b side. It was published by Gssh Gssh! - due respect!
Another interesting character is a malasaña local from Belgium called Olaf Ladousse. His musical project consists in making Doo-Rags (you can make them too !) and break ears together with Los Caballos de Dusseldorf. He is an incredible ilustrator too and fanzine maker extraordinarie.

Wow. Great music and recommendations. I lived in Spain for two years, in Sevilla. We occasionally had some interesting acts by way of the folks at Green UFOs, but it wasn’t quite a scene, per se. It would have been great to have known about this site when I was there! Keep up the good work!
